10. Caste Certificate/ Community Certificate (if applicable)

11. Migration Certificate (if applicable)

12. Medical Certificate

13. Any other certificate/documents (specified by the CEE)

14. Passport size photo 2 nos

15. Stamped envelopes (8x30 cm) with postal stamp of Rs.5/- each with the full address of the parent (5 nos)

Note: In the case of NRI admissions 1^st 3 items are not applicable but they have to produce the following in addition.

1. Receipts in respect of fee remittance (Rs.2.25 lakhs)

2. Proof of NRI (attested copies of Visa/Employment Certificate in original /Certificate from the Bank on the NRI A/C in original.

3. Sponsorship certificate from the NRI (if not produced earlier)
